Michelle received her B.S. in biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside and is now in her second year of graduate school. After obtaining her Ph.D. she plans to have a career in either industry or academia.

Her research project involves the functional expression of the rabbit renal H⁺,K⁺ ATPase.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband Keith, keeping in touch with family and friends in California, reading, swimming, and, of course, watching Gator football.
