Web Based Billing Compliance Training for
Incoming Residents / Fellows / Post-Doctoral Associates
must be completed PRIOR to arrival

A passing score of 70% is necessary to complete the training. You may make as many attempts as needed. Upon completion of the training with a passing score a pop-up window should appear that will allow you to print a certificate of completion (This is a PDF file). Please be sure to temporarily disable any pop-up blockers on your computer before beginning the training.
Signing in for the training.
When you click on the link below the first screen will ask for your first and last name and your eight digit UF ID number without the hyphen (example: UF ID# 12345678).
When you have entered this information, click the continue button.
On the second screen, you will be asked to choose your position as one of the following:
Resident
Fellow
Post-Doctoral AssociateThen choose your department. If you are within the Departments of Medicine or Pediatrics you must also choose your division.
When complete, click the continue button at the bottom of the screen.
You will then be taken to the material to read and review. There will be questions during the presentation to be answered. If you choose a wrong answer you will be told immediately. You can then choose to go on or use the back button to return to the question and choose a different answer. At the end of the presentation, you will be told if you were successful or not. If successful, you can click on the certificate button for your certificate.
Pop-ups MUST be enabled in order to see and print your Certificate of Completion. If you pass and no pop-up screen appears please disable the pop-up blocker, or call the Compliance Office at (352) 265-8359. Upon verification of successful completion, we will fax a certificate to you if desired.
Once you have printed your certificate you may close your browser window. Give the Certificate of Completion to your departmental Residency Coordinator upon your arrival.
