Postdoctoral Trainees

As part of the Educational and Research missions, postdoctoral training at the College is designed to prepare the trainee for a career in research or academia.

The course of training is determined by the mentor and the trainee but generally includes continued development of laboratory skills, presentation of research findings via publication and/or presentation at seminars, and training in grant-writing.
