Instructions for gaining access to the WEB FTM application:
An e-mail from department administrator is required for an individual to gain access to the Web FTM application. The e-mail is to contain the following information for each individual to be granted access:
First and Last Name
Gatorlink Name
List of FCPA subaccounts for this particular individual(s)
Failure to provide all the above information will result in the request being denied.
The department administrator will be notified when access has been granted. Once access has been granted the individual can access the application at:
Click the “FCPA” button on the left side of the page.
Then click on the “Fiscal Transaction Manager” button.
Enter your gatorlink name (all small letters) and password.
Then click on the “FCPA Status” button.
Choose the beginning/ending 30 day period you wish to review and click “Generate
Report”.
