Undergraduate Medical Education

• Harbin Medical University of China
  The dean of Harbin Medical University of China and four of its faculty members visisted the College of Medicine September 2001 to learn about the innnovative aspects of its undergraduate medical education program, including its use of standardized patients to assess student competencies and medical informatics. A formal affiliation between Harbin Medical University of China and the UF College of Medicine is being explored.
• Partnership in Global Learning Program
  As part of the Partnership in Global Learning Program of the University of Florida, the members of the UF College of Medicine visited Brazilian universities to discuss their participation in multimedia research in medical education pedagogy and service delivery.
