We are essentially a small, high technology company with three product lines - teaching, research and patient care. Our mission is to provide outstanding clinical care, perform world class research, and create an inspirational educational environment for students and residents to improve health care in Florida and throughout the world.
The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, part of the University of Florida Health Science Center is located on the campus of the University of Florida in Gainesville. The Health Science Center houses within a single, modern integrated facility the College of Medicine, Nursing, Health Related Professions, Pharmacy, Dentistry, and Veterinary Medicine, as well as Shands Hospital.
