In an email you recieved from SFA last week, they said disbursements start Wednesday, Aug.26.  That means you won't see the refunded portion in your account until Thursday, Aug. 27th at the earliest-it takes 24 hrs for the transfer.

Fall tuition won't be avaible to view in the Student Center until Monday, August 17th instead of tomorrow as previously announced.  Remember, you must be registered for classes  for your tuition to show.

 Fall Tuition won't show in the Student Center in ISIS until August 14th.

Stafford loans were awarded in ISIS for all students with completed files.  Electronic notification will go out Monday to your email accounts.  You still need to accept the loans before they can be disbursed at the end of August. 

If you have never had loans, you will also need to complete the entrance counseling and the master promissory note.

If your loans aren't posted, you need to check your financial aid status and see why.

Changes at UFS in Criser Hall:

Student Payments:  After Friday, June 12 students will no longer be able to pay with cash, debit cards or make over-the-counter payments at UFS.  However, students may still pay at Criser by dropping checks in the 24 hour drop box located outside the Cashier Office at S-113 Criser Hall.

New variable rates for Federal Stafford Loans(disbursed before July 1, 2006) will be 1.88% during in-school, grace, or deferment.  During forbearance and repayment it will be 2.48%.  Rates effective July 1, 2009-June 30, 2010.
