Lynn Romwell announced that there was a 98% pass rate on the Step 1, 2004 USMLE.
Dr. Genuardi announced that Rob Hatch will be the new Clerkship Directors Committee Chair.
It was announced that Bill Allen will be the new Chair of the Course Directors Committee.
It was announced that Dr. Tisher will be our new Dean.
Dr. Rooks announced that he will be resigning as Chair of the Curriculum Committee and Dr. Davidson will be taking over as the new Chair here in October.
There will be a Curriculum Committee Retreat in January or February to discuss new directions.
Dr. Heather Harrell presented the report of the Nutrition Curriculum Task Force. The report was submitted in written form. The Committee adopted the report of the task force and endorsed the plan in concept unanimously. The Committee recommended that a work group be established to move forward the implementation of this plan and this would be addressed by Dr. Davidson upon assuming the Chairmanship.
