We welcome you to the Office of Minority Affairs

We as deans in the Office of Minority Affairs are dedicated to the recruitment and retention of underrepresented groups in the College of Medicine. Our recruitment involves meeting with prospective students, mentoring, permitting shadowing and traveling to various campuses to meet and talk with students.

We are committed to our students who are accepted to the college of medicine and help them realize their dreams of becoming health care professionals. The OMA serves as a source of support and an office of caring for underrepresented groups in medicine.
