ready for distribution. The cost is $323.00, which includes shipping and
handling. For orders to be shipped within the state of Florida, please
add $19.38 for state tax. Orders shipped outside Florida are not taxed.
These fees are non-refundable. Mail or fax orders to the Department of
Continuing Medical Education at the University of Florida College of Medicine.
Payments may be made in advance either by Visa, Mastercard or checks made
