Our Specialty Practice facility is located three miles east of I-75 (exit #384) at the intersection of Archer Road and Gale Lemerand Drive. Our physicians are faculty members at UF, certified by the American Board of Hematology Oncology and are expertly trained to provide patients with consultations, evaluations and treatments for cancer survivors.
The aim of this unique program is to ease the difficult transition from patient to survivor by providing patients with evidence-based recommendations for handling anticipated problems resulting from chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery.

Parking is available at the Shands Medical Plaza garage, which is just east of the Shands Medial Plaza off Gale Lemerand Drive. There is a parking fee of $4 per day (cash only). Valet parking is available at a cost of $6 per day. Free handicapped parking is provided immediately outside of the entrance to the Medical Plaza in designated spaces.
