We are located three miles east of I-75 (exit #384) at the intersection of Archer Road and Gale Lemerand Drive, and just west of Shands UF. Our office is located on the fourth floor of the Shands Medical Plaza.

Our physicians are expertly trained and board certified in Ophthalmology to provide adults with consultations, evaluations and treatment related to:

Most insurances are accepted. Appointments can be made by calling (352) 265-7080.
Parking is available at the Medical Plaza Parking garage, which is just east of the Medical Plaza off Gale Lemerand Drive. There is a parking fee of $4 per day (cash only). Valet parking is available at a cost of $6 per day. Free handicapped parking is provided immediately outside of the entrance to the Medical Plaza in specially designated spaces.
