Psychiatry at Shands Medical Plaza, a convenient, professional setting adjacent to Shands at the University of Florida, is located three miles east of I-75 (exit #384) at the intersection of Archer Road and Gale Lemerand Drive. Our office is located on the fourth floor.

Our physicians are faculty members at UF, expertly trained and certified by the American Board in Psychiatry to provide patients with consultations, evaluations and treatments as well as a wide variety of services, including:
- Adult Psychiatry
- Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Pain Management
- On-site lab testing and X-ray
- Pharmacy
Most insurances accepted. Appointments can be made via phone 352-265-8500.
Parking is available at the Medical Plaza Parking garage, which is just east of the Medical Plaza off Gale Lemerand Drive. Parking for patients and patient visitors is complimentary with a voucher. Please ask for a voucher at your appointment. Valet parking is available at a cost of $3 with a voucher for patients or patient visitors. Free handicapped parking is provided immediately outside of the entrance to the Medical Plaza in specially designated spaces.
