WHAT’S NEW

   
University Storeroom at the Health Center

 

Fisher Scientific is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of the University Storeroom. Doors will open on Wednesday, August 28, 2002 at 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Health Center, Rm. DG-16. Come join in on the fun and meet your new Fisher Storeroom friends. There will be free food, give away times, T-shirts, and promotions. Also be sure to sign up for the drawings too.

 

 

 NEW FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

1. The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is calling for proposals for grants that target "Improving Chronic Illness Care". Letters of Intent are due to the agency by September 20, 2002.

2. The Institute for Research on Pathologoical Gambling and Related Disorders, Harvard Medical School's Division on Addicitions is requesting applications for grants related to "Neuroscience Research on Gambling Disorders". Letters of Intent are due to the agency by October 1, 2002.

3. The American Medical Association Foundation is accepting applications for the "Seed Grant Program". The deadline for applications is October 15, 2002. Click here for an Application.
