All IRB submissions turned into the IRB on or after October 1st must be prepared on the new forms or they will be returned to the Investigator. New forms are currently available at the IRB-01 website: Downloadable Forms. This is a good time to familiarize yourself with these new forms. The new forms are designed to help the IRB conduct a more thorough and complete review of research. Please direct any problems or questions you may have regarding the new forms to the IRB office. This announcement appeared in the September 2002, IRB Investigator. (Posted 09/06/02)
