DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRONIC NOA`s & AWARD DOCUMENTATION!

Effective Monday, April 28, 2003, the Division of Sponsored Research (DSR) transitioned to the electronic distribution of the Notice of Award Acceptance (NOA) and Award Documentation to both Principal Investigators (PI`s) and Department NOA Contact Persons.

Departmental Grant Administrators will receive their electronic copy via e-mail from the Office for Research Affairs.

It is crucial for PI's to make sure their e-mail address is correct in the UF Directory so that DSR will be able to e-mail the Electronic copy of the NOA.
