DVD Recording of Sixth Annual Fibromyalgia Research Meeting Available
We are excited to announce that the DVD recording of the 6th Annual
FMS Research Meeting (May 12, 2007 at the McKnight Brain Institute) is
now available for viewing. We have copies to lend to anybody interested
in our research. In addition, you can still view the DVD recording from
the 5th Annual FMS Research Meeting in 2006, in case you were unable to
attend. Both DVDs are very informative and provide helpful information
on the mechanisms of pain in FMS and the exercise recommended for patients
with FMS. This information may assist you in better dealing with the symptoms
of FMS.
Please contact us if you would like to set up an appointment in our lab
and let us know if you are interested in checking out the DVD.
We have several new study of cognitive testing of FMS patients that will
help us evaluate the effects of chronic pain on awareness, reasoning,
perceptions, and judgment (cognition). If you would be interested in learning
